An RICS regulated firm, we work with capital partners to transform investment opportunities into successful property developments. Acting as your client-side delivery team, we manage every aspect of the development process—from land acquisition and planning to construction and final delivery, or anything in-between.


Astrantia Development Management Group (ADMG) was established in 2019 by James Ahearne, a Chartered Planning and Development Surveyor with a proven track record of delivering successful projects across various sectors. With over two decades of experience, James has honed his expertise in managing projects, starting by setting up a new region for Lidl at the beginning of his career.


Our Journey and Expertise


Over the past decade, James has specialised in the retirement, residential, care, and Build-to-Rent (BTR) sectors. His deep understanding of these sectors enables us to deliver projects that are not only operationally efficient but also tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.


Our portfolio includes schemes ranging from 30 to 500 homes in urban and peri-urban locations. We've had the privilege of working with esteemed clients such as AXA Investment Management, Retirement Villages Group, APO Group, and Invesco.
